2. After a site inspection is done and quotation is accepted it could take us between 1-4 working days to start working on site. Our teams arrive equipped with tools and materials an immediately get started with digging foundations for the posts.
3. Once our foundations are dug and inspected by our site foreman, we will immediately start planting our main posts and ‘planting’ the bottom slab.
4. Concrete is poured and the slabs are packed to the top of the wall.
5. Once all materials are packed, our site foreman will ensure that all slabs and posts are level and begin grouting.
6. Once the grouting is done, we give the site a cleanup and our site foreman conducts a final inspection with the client.
Important Things To Remember
We work with Heavy Concrete Products, please stay at least 5m away from the construction of your wall.
Precast Walling can look messy during the construction process, Please do not interrupt the workers while they are busy. You will be called for an inspection before the team leaves the site, and sign off a satisfaction note which also acts as your 5 year guarantee slip.
Do not under any circumstances shake, lean on, or push the wall for at least 28 days after completion. You will create gaps in the wet concrete foundations and your wall will eventually start leaning.
